    Furniture Design
    Entangled.
    Designing a modern furniture set that provides great user experience.
    This is a modern single and 3 seater seaweed inspired sofa in husk shade of green. It’s cushion top is in firmament blue. Hanging on the arm and crest rail is the seaweed pattern. On top are orange throw pillows that acts as an accent to the furniture. It has a sturdy and solid pine wood frame. The fabric is stain free to maintain and avoid degeneration of the quality.

    The furniture is inclined at an angle to exhibit a sense of comfort, just like what the person who rests on it would feel. It is a statement furniture set that injects character in a living room, lobby, office space, etc. The cushion top serves as the deep blue sea and on top of it is the seaweed from under the sea. The throw pillow exhibits the bright color of the corals and fishes.

    Creating a simple vase collection that embodies a piece of an art movement.
    The collection is consisting three vases. Each goes in different shapes.

    The colors that were used are the primary colors blue, red and yellow. The collection symbolizes renewal and hope, and is a necessity of modernity.

    Product design
    Modern Lunchbox.
    Redesigning a lunchbox to provide users a neat and easy experience.
    This lunchbox has a two-door lid that serves as a stand when the product is in use.

    The lid lock is a platform for the utensils to be put on top to prevent contact to the table. On the right-hand side of the lunchbox is a small compartment for the utensils to be placed when not needed. The handle is a thick fabric that has velcro on both ends, that can be interlocked and secured with the grip of a hand when it needs to be carried. The plate inside is removable and microwavable.

    Ceramic Set
    Naturals.
    This ceramic set is composed of a main plate, bread plate, and a cup.

    The form from its top view is the likeness of water droplets that seem to fit with each other like a puzzle; just like how a water droplet merges into another when they touch. The form is designed to make the set sit in a specific placing, the main plate in the middle, on the upper right of the main plate is the bread plate, and the cup on the upper right, counter-positioning the bread plate. This gives an intuition to the user on how it must be properly used.

    Candle Warmer
    Tiyaga.
    This is a simple candle warmer that is inspired by Filipinos that comes in multiple choice of pastel colors.

    The candle warmer shows how Filipinos are full of perseverance. The stick gure exhibits an individual holding its own salakot up high with its left hand to keep the candle warm. Its slightly sloped back is a path to its leaned head, showing that Filipinos are focused on any tasks given to them. Its right arm is wrapped around the leg, resting its hand, which depicts it has been in that position for a long while now; but will never stop warming the candle.
    Candle warmers alone are great but can be better if we give signicance to its form and aesthetics. Designing a unique but simple candle warmer that gives off a sense of fondness can easily brighten up a person’s day.
